Tires Plus

I went in to check a tire that had a slow leak. I had 15,800 miles on my tires. I received a call that my tires were at the end of their life and I needed 4 new tires. I asked how much and was told the tires were $67 each and the out the door cost would be $696. I asked what the additional $400 cost was and was told balancing and alignment. Based on the advice I agreed to get the tires. When I received the email details, I noticed a cabin and oil filter was also included. I called and inquired and said I did not want or ask for those items and they removed them so the price went to $567 although the online price for same tires was $437 out the door. I asked why the difference and was told the extra was for alignment. The way the filters were added without any discussion made me wonder if my tires really needed to be replaced. I should have cancelled the order and tried another place but didn't. Tire hazard insurance on the $67 tires was also included without any discussion.

I dropped off my 2021 Honda on Saturday, 10/26/25, to have four new tires installed. The guy who helped me was very friendly, Mike Clark. The only thing I disliked was that when I arrived to pick my car up, the tires were incredibly dirty; they looked like they had been take out from a farm.😡

I had an excellent experience getting my brake fluid changed here. From start to finish, the service was professional, quick, and very thorough. The staff explained what they were doing, why it was important, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. My car feels more responsive and safe on the road now. The waiting area was clean and the team was friendly and respectful of my time. I really appreciate the attention to detail and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
